The college currently has two teaching faculties which are the Faculty of Business Studies and the Faculty of Art as well as a number of academic departments. These are Departments of Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration/Management and Information Technology & Languages under the Faculty of Business Studies. The Faculty of Art has at present only one department, Graphic Design.

The teaching faculty is both a mix of senior and junior lecturers who are either engaged on full-time or part-time basis. At present there are about 35 lecturers who teach both at degree and non-degree levels. The various departments also have their administrative & academic heads that ensures smooth operation of all departmental activities within the semester and throughout the academic year.

Due to the vast experience of our lecturer’s the college is adapting to current trends in lecturing to bring efficient and maximum results to students. At ABC lecturers employ the state-of-the art teaching equipments at the college to ease the learning task of students. The lecturers at ABC are also providing online resources to students through lecture notes and assignment downloads.

The college also has a number of non-teaching staff who works in the areas of business development, financial services, canteen, security and health, logistics & facilities as well as visitor reception & public relations.
